In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence. The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the defined scope. This position manages key customer relationships, develops sales plans, monitors performance metrics, and works cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. This role also involves working closely with other members of the sales team to meet or exceed targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Vice-President of Sales, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned scope.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand existing accounts.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and performance evaluations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales role (typically 2-3+ years)
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and market dynamics
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in the paper industry or printing industry
  • Multilingual capabilities or international sales experience
