In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs the procedures related to the organization's accounting cycles including the month-end and year-end closing cycles and budget cost planning cycles.
  • Responsible for Treasury cash management (including bank statement reconciliations) and Credit Management (including credit insurance).
  • Supervises and supports the work related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting performed by FI Clerk.
  • Supports the preparation activities and analysis of budgetary costs (cost centers). Informs and supports managers in the planning and control of the costs of their departments.
  • Responsible for the SAP Technical month-end operations (reversals, allocations & settlements).
  • Leads the Year-end File, External Audit, and Government Audits
  • Responsible for fixed asset accounting management.
  • Supports the maintenance and improvements of business processes and ensures compliance with their accounting requirements.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

·         Team work, collaboration and high level of organizational skill required.

·         Ability to work across multiple levels of the business, both written and oral communication

·         Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

·         Public accounting/auditing experience - not service company accountant

·         SAP experience

·         General accounting

·         Auditing / taxation knowledge

·         Business Intelligence All other duties as assigned

Salary/Hourly starting at 67,500
