These will be your tasks:
- Contact person for Sales Managers to address customer’s quality Issues, product performance and product improvements requests
- Develop products according to customer requirements
- Quality Reports and CoA as requested from Sales
- Transfers defined customers quality parameters into production-relevant parameters and test plans
- Coordinate quality evaluations and quality trends
- Responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects
- Responsible for working closely with Research & Innovation, Production and Engineering to develop new products and improvements
- Run investigations and production trials
- Support sales, machine managers and product technologists in the implementation of their quality responsibility for production
- Product specifications according to customer requirements
These are your assets:
- Experience in the area of casting, release, silicone release, reflective and rawbase papers
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance
- Ability to work across entire organization
- Ability to analyze data and classify quality deviations and make the appropriate decision from them
- Access quality and production data to research quality and product performance complaints
- Able to explain product characteristics
- English language ability and in-depth IT knowledge with a focus on SAP QM, MM, PP
- Make decisions from a company perspective
- Ability to do simple tests and paper evaluations if technicians are not available
