In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.

These will be your tasks:

  • Working with the VP Sales to maintain and establish new business with current and potential customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for new sales and effectively presenting the key features and advantages that Felix Schoeller has to offer.
  • Delivering profitable growth against agreed upon targets.
  • Working closely with local and European colleagues through the entire sales process including product development, pricing, negotiating, scheduling, forecasting and delivery.
  • Working closely with customer applications by attending trials and participating in business development meetings.
  • Ability to assimilate technical requirements and be the voice of customer on cross functional teams driving problem solving, claims or product development processes.
  • Effective use and maintenance of CRM.

These are your assets:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  -   Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of papermaking, paper & film converting, or pressure sensitive adhesives would be advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate various coating processes that utilize Polyolefin polymers, silicone and adhesive technology after initial training.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving; strong customer and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and forecast into actionable plans to ensure the highest level of customer service and continuity of supply.
  • Project Management skills to identify and close new opportunities efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales experience and ambition to grow into managing larger accounts / territory.
  • Foreign language a plus but not a requirement.
